Samir Uzzaman graduated in Computer Science and Engineering form Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2003. Samir completed his PhD in Computer Science focusing bioinformatics related algorithmic problem from Kings College London. He completed his MSc from London South Bank university annd postgraduation in Nanotechnology from University of Oxford, UK. As part of his job and consultancy Samir has been working with government and corporate clients in UK on research and development since 2006. His professional career includes City Of London Corporation, the Royal Collections (Buckingham palace, Windsor Castle, Holyroodhouse), Barbican centre (Europe’s biggest cultural centre), Tate modern, Tate Britain, London Symphony Orchestra among many more. Samir is working now as a senior researcher in City Of London Corporation. Samir is committed to creating a world class software and security infrastructure for Bangladesh in all secotors. Samir has got necessary skills and contacts both nationally and internationally to help Bangladesh facing the challenge in scientific development process, delivering complex software project and providing consultancy in highest standard.

Eshrar Osman, a chartered engineer by profession, started his IT career in the late 90s during the early days of the Internet. Leading the Engineering department for one of the pioneer ISPs in Bangladesh, specializing in Wireless Access, he was also involved in national infrastructure consortiums.
Majored in Information Technology, Eshrar holds Masters and BSc in Computer Science And Engineering. For the last 15 years, he has technically lead, architect-ed and delivered many critical large scale business transformation projects in both enterprise and government sectors in Australia.
While recognized for proven track record and experience in providing consultancy and solutions for data, technology, application and business domains; he also holds some of the most esteemed global industry recognitions in cybersecurity (CISSP), enterprise architecture (TOGAF) and IT service management (ITIL). Eshrar has been appointed as the Managing Director of ScITech Consulting and Solutions LTD.
